Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, select the products you wish to purchase and fill out the secure form.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Solo and Switch/Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, standard mail or over the Internet.
Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are based on the quantity and weight of items. You will be informed during the checkout process of the shipping charge, unless we are unable to automatically calculate it (in the case of large quantities). If this happens we will inform you of the cost via e-mail and await your approval before we proceed with the order. We reserve the right to update any shipping charges, although you will be asked to confirm via email if any changes occur, before you are billed. Delivery - Delivery of your order may take up to 28 days. We will inform you via email if it is going to take longer.

Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. The product must be returned to Pain Research & Development Ltd, Suite No.1, Viking House, Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7EA. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the postage and packing charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders. This does effect your statutory rights.
